4. Pricing and Checkout
Prices, currencies, taxes, fees, and payment methods may vary by region and payment provider.
Before completion of a transaction, we aim to disclose the main commercial terms applicable to that purchase, including price and the essential characteristics of the digital benefit involved. This aligns with Brazilian e-commerce disclosure expectations for Brazil-facing users.
5. General Refund Rule
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant digital benefit has been:
-
delivered;
-
credited;
-
activated;
-
consumed;
-
customized; or
-
substantially used.
This applies especially to digital content, virtual benefits, top-ups, and time-sensitive offers.
6. Top-Ups and Subsequent Use
Where a user tops up a balance and then uses that balance to obtain or enjoy digital benefits, the transaction flow may be treated as delivery of digital content or digital services once the balance or resulting benefit is made available or used.
If a topped-up balance has already been used for access, content, items, progression, or other benefits, refund requests may be denied to the extent permitted by law.
7. When Refunds May Be Considered
Subject to applicable law, we may consider a refund, reversal correction, or account credit where:
-
a duplicate charge occurred;
-
a payment was captured but no relevant benefit was delivered;
-
a technical error clearly prevented delivery;
-
recurring billing was charged contrary to disclosed billing terms; or
-
we determine that a correction is appropriate.
8. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Subject to applicable law, refunds are generally not available where:
-
the user received and used the purchased benefit;
-
the account benefited from the purchase over a material period;
-
the request is based on regret, inactivity, loss of interest, or later refusal to continue using the Services;
-
the benefit already affected access, service use, progression, balances, or account value; or
-
the purchase was made through an authorized account or payment method and there is no valid legal basis for reversal.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrectly handled, contact [email protected] first so that we can attempt resolution.
If a chargeback or reversal is initiated in bad faith, or after the relevant benefit has been delivered and substantially used without a valid legal basis, we may take proportionate action, including:
-
temporary account suspension;
-
freezing of balances or features;
-
revocation of digital benefits where feasible;
-
restriction of future purchases;
-
stronger enforcement in repeated or unresolved cases.
If a digital benefit cannot be meaningfully reversed or isolated, we may suspend or freeze the account associated with the disputed payment.
Where appropriate, access may be restored after the underlying issue or debt is resolved.
10. Fraud Prevention
Transactions may be screened or reviewed using processor-side fraud signals, aggregator-side risk tools, and internal review processes.
We may delay, refuse, limit, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
11. Future Recurring Billing
Recurring billing may be introduced in the future for certain subscription products.
If recurring billing is offered, the billing interval, amount, renewal structure, and cancellation method will be disclosed before subscription.
12. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits non-waivable rights under applicable law, including rights that may apply to consumers in Brazil. Brazilian consumer law remains relevant to interpretation of digital contracting and refund disputes where mandatory law applies.
