These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EXILE LAND and related services, including our website, forum, account features, digital offers, support channels, and other project-related functionality we make available (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating or using an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Payments Policy, and any additional rules or policies that we expressly designate as part of the Services.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Service Provider

The Services are provided by:

PixelTech Studio CO., LTD
Operating jurisdiction: Thailand
Contact: [email protected]

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, PixelTech Studio CO., LTD is the contractual provider of the Services. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or aggregators.

3. Project Status and Third-Party Platforms

EXILE LAND is an independent Grand Theft Auto V roleplay project.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, RAGE Multiplayer, or their affiliates.

Use of the Project may require a valid Rockstar account and compatible third-party software or infrastructure. Your use of those third-party systems remains subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18.

Additional information on how we handle personal data is available in our Privacy Policy, including provisions related to age restrictions.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are at least 18 years old;

  2. you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  3. your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law; and

  4. you are not currently suspended or banned from the Services, unless we expressly permit your return.

5. Accounts

You may need an EXILE LAND account or related account-linked access to use certain parts of the Services.

You are responsible for:

  1. maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;

  2. all activity carried out through your account;

  3. ensuring that information you provide, where requested, is accurate and current; and

  4. notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or otherwise provide access to your account unless we expressly authorize it.

6. Nature of the Service

The Services are part of a live online game project. Features, balancing, economy, content, progression systems, pricing, availability, and access methods may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with all systems or regions.

We may modify, suspend, or restrict parts of the Services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, updates, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, technical integrity, legal compliance, or operations.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  1. violate applicable law;

  2. harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others;

  3. cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use bots, evade restrictions, or use unauthorized modifications or tools;

  4. engage in account resale, boosting, alternate-account abuse, or ban evasion;

  5. use the Services for fraud, payment abuse, phishing, deception, malware, or other harmful conduct;

  6. upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;

  7. engage in adult or erotic roleplay where prohibited by Project rules;

  8. sell or transfer accounts, currency, items, businesses, houses, vehicles, or other in-game value outside systems expressly authorized by us; or

  9. interfere with the fairness, security, or integrity of the Services.

Unauthorized modifications are prohibited unless we expressly permit them.

Streaming, screenshots, commentary, and fan content are generally allowed, provided they do not misrepresent affiliation, break the law, or infringe our rights or the rights of others.

8. User Content

You may submit content through the Services, such as usernames, character names, forum posts, support communications, appeals, reports, and feedback (“User Content”).

You retain rights in your User Content to the extent provided by law. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, support, improve, document, and promote the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

9. Virtual Content and Digital Benefits

The Services may include digital content and virtual benefits, whether free or paid, including subscriptions, top-ups, one-time packs, instant offers, in-game currency, cosmetics, vehicles, houses, slots, season passes, and similar digital entitlements (“Virtual Content”).

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

  1. Virtual Content is licensed, not sold;

  2. Virtual Content has no cash value and is not redeemable for money;

  3. Virtual Content is non-transferable except through systems expressly authorized by us;

  4. you do not acquire real-world property rights in Virtual Content; and

  5. we may adjust, restrict, freeze, remove, or revoke Virtual Content where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical correction, or service integrity.

We do not market the Project as providing direct combat power through purchases. However, some paid features may affect access, convenience, status, progression paths, availability of options, or other in-service opportunities.

10. Payments

Some parts of the Services require payment.

Payment methods may vary by region and may include cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, electronic wallets, and other available methods.

By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable fees and taxes.

We may offer, among other things:

  • subscriptions;

  • top-up balances;

  • one-time packs;

  • instant offers;

  • currency packs;

  • cosmetics;

  • vehicles;

  • houses;

  • slots;

  • season pass access; and

  • similar digital benefits.

Recurring billing may be introduced in the future. If offered, recurring billing terms will be disclosed before subscription.

11. Chance-Based Features

The Services may now or in the future include chance-based systems, such as lootboxes, randomized rewards, or casino-style mechanics.

Where such systems are offered, we may apply additional restrictions, disclosures, probability information, eligibility conditions, or regional limitations where required by law, payment-provider rules, or platform requirements.

Unless expressly authorized by us, no reward obtained through such systems may be redeemed for cash, resold for real money, or transferred through user-to-user monetary trading.

12. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds, reversals, and billing disputes are governed by our Refund & Payments Policy and applicable law.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, digital benefits that have already been delivered, activated, consumed, customized, or substantially used may be non-refundable.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith, or after receiving and substantially using the relevant digital benefit without a valid legal basis, we may take proportionate action, including:

  1. temporary account suspension;

  2. freezing of balances or access;

  3. revocation of relevant benefits where feasible;

  4. restriction of future transactions; or

  5. stronger enforcement in repeated or unresolved cases.

Where appropriate, account access may be restored after the underlying debt or dispute is resolved.

13. Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals

We may investigate suspected cheating, abuse, fraud, payment abuse, ban evasion, alternate-account abuse, or violations of these Terms or related rules.

For those purposes, we may review gameplay logs, transaction records, support records, forum activity, chat logs, and other service-related records under our control.

We may apply enforcement measures including warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, rollbacks, freezing of features, item removal, and access restrictions.

Appeals may be submitted through support, email, forum, or other designated channels.

We are not required to disclose anti-cheat logic, fraud controls, internal detection methods, or information relating to other users.

14. Third-Party Providers

The Services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, fraud-prevention systems, and Rockstar account-related systems.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, acts, omissions, or security practices. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

15. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including original text, design, branding, systems, graphics, documentation, and related materials, belong to us or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by us or required by mandatory law.

16. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Your data may be processed for account administration, service delivery, support, moderation, analytics, anti-cheat review, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of Virtual Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

  1. the total amounts paid by you to us for the Services during the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

  2. USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for enforcement, fraud prevention, chargeback abuse, legal compliance, protection of the Services, or service integrity.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including those relating to payments, enforcement, intellectual property, liability limitations, disputes, and data handling.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by website notice, forum notice, email, or in-service notice.

The updated Terms take effect on the date stated above. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms unless mandatory law requires a different process.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence, including Brazil where applicable. Brazilian consumer rules, e-commerce disclosure duties, LGPD, and Marco Civil may still apply where mandatory law requires it.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days, unless applicable law does not allow such a requirement.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts of Thailand, except where mandatory law gives the consumer the right to proceed in another competent forum.

22. Language

The English-language version of these Terms is the controlling version.

Portuguese and Spanish versions may be provided for convenience only, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
